Cancellation policy

Admission fees

Before 16 April 2021: cancellations refunded, less a fee of EUR 50
From 17 April 2021: unfortunately no refund is possible.

Substitution of registered attendees by colleagues is possible and free of charge.

Unfortunately, no refunds can be made on sponsorship packages, once these have been booked.
