  What's included?

 

  • Exhibition space including a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name; 
  • Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or collapsible stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
  • One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
  • The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
  • Exhibitor listed on the Conference Website, including contact details and link to the company website.

 

Cancelation policy

By 19 September 2023: refund, less a fee of EUR 200
By 5 December 2023: refund, less a fee of EUR 400
From 6 December 2023: sorry, no refund possible

Please note that refunds refer exclusively to attendee admission fees. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made on exhibition bookings, sponsorship packages or other services, once these have been booked.

Substitutions of attendees by colleagues from the same company/organisation are accepted at any time and are free of charge.

Full refund will be made if the organisers cancel the conference.
