  What's included?
  • Admission fee for 1 conference attendee (see above for content).
  • Exhibition space including a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name; 
  • Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or collapsible stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
  • One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
  • The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
  • An A4-size company profile in the Conference Proceedings folder, a copy of which is distributed to each attendee.

Cancellation policy

Before 30 Nov. 2020: cancellations refunded, less a fee of: EUR 150
Before 12 Feb. 2021: cancellations refunded, less a fee of: EUR 300
From 13 Feb. 2021: unfortunately no refund is possible.
Please note that refunds refer exclusively to attendee admission fees. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made on exhibition bookings, sponsorship packages or other services, once these have been booked.

Full refund will be made if the organisers cancel the conference, for any reason.
