Presenting at the conference

Presenting at the conference

Why?

Presenting is an excellent way to promote awareness to your organisation's achievements and to enhance your own professional stature.

Presenters participate free of charge in all conference sessions and are invited as VIP guests to the Official Conference Dinner.

What?

Have a look at the official Call for Papers.  However, please keep in mind that it is not a prescriptive document: we will consider any topic, as long as it is relevant and interesting.

Presentation slots are circa 25 minutes each (typically 20-30 slides).

When?

The programme tends to fill up quickly, so the best time to send us your presentation proposal is now! We only need your title and a short abstract (2-4 lines of text or bullet points) explaining the topic.  If accepted, the presentation itself will be needed by mid-March 2025.  So plenty of time...
